Even though you just saved $4000 by purchasing your HVAC Equipment from an internet seller or auction site, there are other costs you need to be aware of. From drain pans, piping, sheet metal, duct sealant, specialized tools and most importantly, refrigerant that you cannot buy if you are not licensed, you may still need to spend several hundred dollars to complete your project. Finding your local parts house or buying it from the same company that sells you the equipment may be an option, but be prepared for the additional costs.
